The representation contract with AVIAKRUG Co Ltd. is signed.
IS Aviation, Inc. has signed a mutually beneficial contract with AVIAKRUG Co. Ltd.. AVIAKRUG was incorporated in Russia in 2000 with it’s core business being the supply and after-sales service of Russian civil aviation products to both domestic and international customers. The Company has an established clientele and is an industry leader within its specific field of product support for Kamov helicopters. It also engages in Kamov-32 helicopters sales, as well as in modification and upgrade programs for Ka-32 and Mi-17 civil helicopter types. IS Aviation, Inc. is allowed to offer services of AVIAKRUG to IS Aviation’s clients, as well as helicopters, listed for sale; in exchange AVIAKRUG is able to work directly with partners of IS Aviation – Heico Components Repair Group and Regent Aerospace Corporation
